Description -
The Saratoga Battle Chapter, SAR is a Revolutionary War
Lineage Society that serves the Capital District/Saratoga
Region of NYS. We are a not for profit patriotic, historical
and educational organization dedicated to preserving the
memory of our patriot ancestors and the freedoms they fought
for. Membership in the Society is granted by approval of
the National Society to those males who have proved their
ancestry to one who served the cause for our Independence
from England. Our site includes an upcoming calendar of
events and photos and articles from past events, information
on joining, information on youth contests, our chapter's
history and past issues of our chapter newsletter.
