State Board of Managers meeting on September 11, 2010, 11 AM at
Bohn's Restaurant, 5256 Clinton St. (Rt. 33), Batavia, New York 14020

- Sunday, September 19, 2010 2:00 PM - Annual wreath-laying,
followed by a chapter meeting and a dinner
The wreath laying is at Stop 2 (DAR Monument)
of the Saratoga National Historical Park Tour Road in Stillwater, NY.
A moving and colorful event
commemorating those who fought here and those who serve in America's military.
Many other groups participate. A short Chapter meeting will follow at the Park's
Visitor Center and a joint dinner with the DAR will follow the meeting.
Dinner will be at the Holiday Inn in Saratoga at 5:30 pm with
fellowship beginning at 5 pm.

October 2010
- Sunday, October 17th, 2010, (tentative) -
Surrender Day Ceremony, Fort Hardy Park,
Schuylerville, NY
Our Chapter will likely participate in this event which commemorates
the surrender of British forces to the Americans forces on this date in 1777.

November 2010
- Saturday, November 13, 2010, 11 AM - State Board
of Managers meeting.
The State Board of Managers meeting will be held on November 13, 2010,
beginning at 11 AM, with a social gathering beginning at 10 AM. The meeting, hosted by the Schoharie-Leatherstocking Chapter will be held at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites, 160 Holiday Way, Schoharie, NY 12157
Mail-in Reservation must be received by October 25, 2010.

and Washington's Birthday Dinner
The Chapter's Annual Meeting/Washington's
Birthday Dinner will be held Saturday, February 19 at
the Holiday Inn, 232 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY.
Come join us as we celebrate Washington's
Birthday. Fellowship, 5:30 pm - Dinner Served at 6:00 pm

- Monday, July 4, 2011 10:00 AM - The 8th Annual
Citizenship Ceremony
A joint event
held on the lawn of the Saratoga National Historical Park's Visitor's Center,
in the Town of Stillwater, NY. A great patriotic event held on America's
Birthday at one of the area's premier scenic sites at the place where the
"Turning Point of the American Revolution" occurred!

August 2011
- Sunday, August 07, 2011, 1:00 pm step-off - Come join us
as we march and ride in the Schuylerville, NY Turning Point parade.
A great parade so bring your family and friends
as everybody loves a parade! Details will be available about
2 weeks prior to the parade.

- Sunday, September 18, 2009, 2:00 pm - Our Annual
Wreath Laying at stop 2 of the Saratoga National Park's
Tour Road (DAR Monument).
A brief Chapter meeting at the Visitor Center will be held immediately
following the ceremony.
